Fun Handmade pleated floral skirt

fun handmade pleated skirt. button down front. outside has fun floral, yarrow and zinnia pattern (ithink) in a like lime green on creamy white canvas, cotton feeling fabric. liner is a satiny prob polyester. as it is all handmade there are no tags, so waist measures 16" across. thinking maybe 10-12, but please measure something that fits u to compare. has 2 spots, see pics, from being in storage. excellent condition, feel like it's been worn only once SOUTHERN VERMONT VINTAGE: please check us out on other platforms
