Fun Flirty White Swiss Cotton Skirt

This pretty white summer skirt is made of 100% cotton Swiss dot fabric. It is a size small & will fit a size 4 or 6. The fully elastic waistband is 2 inches in width. The skirt fits above the knee & is approximately 17.5 inches in length & is lined so you will not see any panty lines. It is also tiered which you can see from the pictures.
