Fun Cheetah print dress.

Falls just above the knee. Ruffle at shoulder with fun floral print at chest/neckline. Ordered a large and the waist & bottom fit fine but chest runs small. Chest fits more like a small/medium. Manufacturer does not take returns so the dress is brand new, never worn.
