Fun 50s print circle skirt

BNWT. Creamy yellow skirt with bright blue and gold, printed design with a fun malt shop, drive-through diner theme along the bottom hem. Purchased as a 3X but was never able to fit in it as a 2X, so it’s just been sitting in my closet. Please check the measurements below. There is no stretch in the waist and it has a zipper back. Waist measurement - 19.5” Length - 28” Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
