@brendac310 , from the middle of the back of the neck (where the zipper is) to the tip of the toe, it measures 49 inches.

@brendac310 and the inseam measures 26 inches. Keep in mind the child’s whole foot goes into the footie and that measurement is with the garment laying flat.
