Full to floor floral

Fully lined tiered Polyester skirt import with an elastic waistband extending to a range up to 20 inches. This skirt is used, and I did notice some loose threads at the hem, However the hem otherwise looks great, and there is no other damage, and it's cute with sandals and a T-shirt even.
