Full skirt size large pinks, lilac and white, new

This skirt is beautiful, wear it to a garden party or a night out, dress up a bit! Size Large, full skirt, is lined and has some tool at the bottom for flare. I have tried to get myself into this for a bit, but the waist is too tight. Think someone will love it as much as I do!
