Full length white homecoming dress size 6

This dress was worn once for homecoming. It is absolutely gorgeous. However part of the ceremony was outside so it did get some discoloration around the bottom. There are some tears in the tulle. Especially on a front piece at the bottom. There is also some discoloration due to self tanner on the top around the straps. I did try to hand wash the major areas and had a lot of success. I am afraid to send to the cleaners because of the bead work. One of the clasps is missing where it fastens. Obviously the dress has some issues, but it is so beautiful, I’m hoping the right person might could make it work. I have tried to show any flaws in pictures. However the underneath is so full, it’s difficult to show all areas where there could be a flaw. I believe the dress is worth the $200 I’m asking but will take best offer. Please look carefully at pictures before proceeding to buy. It is about 13 inches across the waist when laying flat. About 48 inches from the waist to the bottom of the dress. I believe the dress is Jovani brand, but the tag was torn out before the ceremony. It is a size 6. It does contain pockets which my daughter says was the best part of the dress. :) Model wearing dress is 5’7”. She is wearing a 2 ring hoop skirt under the dress in the pictures.
