Fully lined. There is no size on it. When I bought I was told it was a large. I am size 10 or 12. The is a small imperfection on the back of the left sleeve but it is not noticeable when worn. I was told that it cost around $120 to fix the imperfection. It also has my first name monogrammed on the inside of the coat
