Full Tilt Baby Blue Lightweight Summer Nightgown

Very thin, lightweight cool summer material. Tag says size large, across the back measures 18.5 inches, arm pit seam to seam measures 17.5 inches. I’m a size medium (8/10) and I can get it on but it’s tight on me especially the chest area (I wear a 32DD). Based on measurements listing as a size small.
