Full Skirted Black Dress with Ruched Bodice, Women's Large

Beautiful, form-fitting strappy black dress with full skirt. Stretchy material, fits sizes 12 and 14 well. Fun for dancing, skirt twirls out when you spin! Total length, approximately 40 inches from shoulder to hem. Ruching in the bodice (pictured.) Pre-worn. Dress was originally from Bloomingdale's, I cut out the tag, not sure of brand.
