allisonmichelle @ccmark I apologize for the year delay, I was pregnant and crazy last year! There is no lining or petticoat, the fullness is from all of the fabric used - 5.5 yards! - and how it is pleated. The heavy cotton fabric has a faint rose pattern, which is still all white.
