It's new and the foundation has the box. The primer didn't come with one. I may have swatched a tiny amount, but it's full still and not used Too Faced Peach Perfect Comfort Matte Foundation Foundation in Swan Large 1.6 oz Primed and Peachy Cooling matte skin perfecting primer 20ml I think they may have just very recently discontinued this line
