Full Circle High Waisted Top

Super cute short sleeve top with lace overlay from under the bust to the bottom. Brand new without tags and never worn! Slight v-neck. Sleeves are more like short cap sleeves. Material is so soft and feels flowy on. It is a little bit off-white but still very bright! Approx measurements laying flat pit to pit is 21", waist is 17"+ and length is about 40". Stock photos are similar cut and style but they are not actual top.
