Full A-line skirt w/bow accent says 3XL but is 1XL

Skirt is retro 50’s pinup style. Tatyana sizes run super small! So it’s more like a 1XL (that was what I was wearing at the time this was purchased). Skirt is lined, has a cute bow accent at the waist. Looks great with crinoline. Must be hand washed Smoke free, pet free and well cared for home looking for new life.
