Brand new in box bought last night from work. Smoke-Free home. I do have a cat but he is hairless and has no interest in stuffed animals. these are supposed to be limited edition. I had to tape the top sides of the box because they were not sealed very well when I got them off the truck at work. our store wasn't supposed to be sent these so these were the only two in town.

duchess1865 Yes I've had them in the box since I got home from work. like I said I had to tape the sides cuz they came in damaged a little bit on the truck. I had no clue what they were. I just thought they looked funny

mopoppintags @duchess1865 Okay.. the reason why I asked if unopened/unplayed with is because they both are in the wrong box. SpongeBob is in Patrick's box and Patrick is in SpongeBob box.. so it was switched around somehow. It's been opened evidently. If you are willing to reduce price by .. lmk. Thanks!
