Fuchsia Blouse with Tie at Elastic Waist

Marc Andrews, lovely blouse with mock wrap and ties at the side of the elastic waist. In excellent condition. The tag inside at neck is missing. It’s a size M with dolman, center seam, 3/4 sleeves with button cuffs. Extra button is on tag at hip. Very flattering with a beautiful flounce ruffle below the waistline…and has good front coverage that’s not too plunging. No need to pin it closed. Washes nicely as it’s a rich looking polyester. I hang dry this one because I like to be extra safe. Only worn twice. It’s lovely !!
