janellebeaudet @lanebugg88 hello! It’s hard for me to say as I have a wide toe/ball of foot area. I wear anywhere from 6 to 8 usually in american sizes, with 7 being the most common for me. Or almost always a 38 in EU sizes. These fit and are wearable but are tight (definitely no thick socks). I got another pair in an 8 and prefer the room they give. Hope you can find some part of this helpful but sorry if not! I’ve always had difficulties with shoe sizing.
