These boots have been worn, but are in super good condition with no major damage to the leather. Minor toe scuffing that isn't visible unless you're up close. Heels have been replaced once and probably need to be replaced again. It cost me ~$25 to replace them, which is well worth maintaining the longevity of $400 boots, imo.
