These are beautiful Frye Sz 9.5 Vicki Tail Boots in Brown. Some wear as shown but Frye boots gain character and these are no exception. 4 inch heel. Shaft is 14 inches tall. Opening measures 7.5 inches when flat so about 15 inches in circumference. Braided detail. Note that they have a small stitch on the backs of each boot to hold the decorative harness in place.
