Brand New Phillip Harness Tall boots from Frye. These were gifted to me for Christmas 2017 but unfortunately my calves are too big for these and so they have just been sitting on the closet. :(.. I usually need boots that are 14.5 inches or higher in circumference. So these are of no use to me. My loss, your gain! Thanks for looking!
