Hi is this a bright summer yellow or more like a fall yellow?

It is definitely that bright yellow as the color option we have on poshmark. Also it is bit darker than the web pictures I posted, due to lighting.
Never thought about differences between summer yellow, but fall, but I would say it is fall yellow in my opinion, but it is all year around purse and ready depends on your preference. What is dark yellow for me it may not be for someone else.
