Has been leather conditioned. Has side pockets on the outside on either side. Bag clothes with a magnetic snap. Inside there is a leather strap and carabiner to attach your keys. The inside has various pockets including one zipper pocket. Strap is not adjustable. Bag does have some wear mainly on the bottom corners and on the strap. Please see photos for the wear.
