This vintage Frye boot can be worn over the knee or folded over to hit at the knee. The Deena has a square toe, brass harness rings, and is pull-on. The heel measures about 1” and 1/2”. Beat to heck, so very authentic in appearance and ready to help you fit right into those aesthetic western mountain towns you visit in your travels. Yellowstone vibes. Find your inner Beth. Please review the photos and let me know if you have any questions! They have obvious wear and tear, won’t need to be worn-in and are priced to reflect that.

urbanjacksonite Hi @lynncat825 - I can't measure them right now but found this info on another listing for the same boot: Heel ~ 1.5” Shaft height ~20” Top shaft just under the change from suede to leather 16" [Here is the link to that listing: https://poshmark.com/listing/Frye-Deena-Harness-Tall-Boots-Rare-Find-65dba68cc9a228b1] For reference, I am 5'5". The boot hits me just below mid-kneecap when the top is folded down & over the knee when unfolded. Lmk if you have any other questions!

lynncat825 @babbsweissman awesome info! Also do you have any idea what the dark spots on top of the shaft are? I may be able to get them to come off with a cleaning and are they a lighter tan with a reddish brown trim? Sorry for so many questions.

urbanjacksonite @lynncat825 you aren’t a bother at all! I will take some video at home that may help you see it. I got these second hand so am not entirely sure of the answer. That said, I have looked at a bunch of other listings for the same boot that have similar marking so am thinking it was part of the distressing process that occurred to make the boot look gritty. Again, I’ll try to remember to take some video tonight or in the next couple of days so you can see them better. 😊
