Frye Billy Braided Harness boot in black suede. Pre-owned in great condition. The Frye Company has been under new ownership the last several years with their boots now made in China with the exception of a select number of styles still made in America (and indicated in their website). These boots were manufactured prior to the Frye Company changing ownership and made in Mexico, as indicated on the boot stamp shown. Superb quality and craftsmanship not typically found in more modern Frye boots.
