From Paris - scarf pattern dress

Purchased this beauty in Paris. Fabric pattern is on trend, looking like it was made from silk scarves of the famous Paris designers. Blue, orange-red, green, navy. Deep V neck with silver ring embellishment. Waist is slightly empire w/ inverted V to enhance bust. (Shown here w/ white tank under). Flutter sleeve, slightly A line. Hits just below knee. Material is very stretchy crepe. Would fit and flatter many sizes.
