From Julia Child’s Kitchen Cookbook Paperback 1985 This vintage cookbook has 687 pages. It is not in the best shape. The inside of the book is pretty nice, but the edges of the pages and cover show signs of wear and discoloration. However, this book is packed so full of great recipes and Technique it will be be a great tool for any cook. I’m selling it as it is. It is from 1985. There are some illustrations and photographs inside and an extensive index.
