From Express. vintage! beautiful backless blouse. been kept in perfect shape!!!

This shirt was bought somewhere around 15yrs ago from express and has been kept in perfect condition. Only worn twice for an occasion and took it right off. It was stored with a bag around it. Taken very good care of!! It is most likely vintage and it is Boutique BKE brand. It is silky black rich feeling material. The back is backless, but has two shear ropes that you tie around the bottom of the shirt, coming across your lower back. It has a whole neckline embedded with sparkling rhinestones! It is so beautiful and high quality. Basically new condition, there is not a single flaw!! Beautiful edition to your collection!
