katlikedesigns @kandy777 Oh my goodness, I got stuck at work for several extra hours! I'm a nurse doing 12s, so those few extra really screwed me up! My poor brain! forgive me! the jacket, laid flat, armpit to armpit = approx 19" armpit to bottom edge = approx 13" and top of shoulder to bottom hem = approx 23". I hope that helps! Again, I am so sorry for the delay!
