this newest tags Fringe skirt from torrid has a zipper closure at the rear and is 21 and 1/2 in the front 22 1/2 in in the back from waistband to bottom hem. the skirt is a size 22 and has never been worn I lost weight so it just doesn't fit me. the skirt has a slight A-line fit.
