Fringe festival halter top

Beautiful halter with fringe. Made with 100% cotton yarn. Color is a blue shade with small amounts of darker blue throughout; pictures do not do it justice. Measurements are pit to pit and cup length and width. The straps alone measure 22". Because of the fringe, this top would best be steamed cleaned, but if you must wash it, do so on a gentle cycle by itself and lay flat to dry. All handmade items are new and never used. Smoke free and pet friendly home.
