Fringe Tunic & Royal Blue Skirt (2 pieces!)

Gorgeous white tunic with royal blue embroidery, purchased at a local boutique. Cold shoulder style with cutout in the back and high-low fringed hemline. Pairs so well with this royal blue skirt. Never worn except to try on! Size small but very flowy, fits S,M, L in my opinion. The blue skirt has no size listed (tag cutout) but seems to be a small/medium.
