swimwearforyou @cheyy yes, you can cut fringe as short as you want. fringe is loose material so its not sewn around the edges or anything. pretty easy to work with.

swimwearforyou @nurse2425 the large Rio Ring bottoms measure 32inches around laying flat and swim bottoms usually have about 3-4 inches of stretch. the medium bottoms are about 3-4 inches smaller
