This is a Midnight Madness release from February 11, 2017. It's Negan from The Walking Dead, based on how Jeffrey Dean Morgan looks playing him on the AMC series. It's a junior's size 2X. The chest measures about 20", the length is about 27", and those measurements were taken while the item was laying flat. The material is stretchy.
