Friends are Forever by Regina Walters Scherenschnitte Scissor Framed Art 1985

This item is a vintage Scherenschnitte piece of artwork done by artist Regina Walters at Design with Scissors, Inc in Cumming, GA in 1985 and signed by the artist. The title is Friends are Forever which is cut into the art. This is a handmade piece done with the Scherenschnitte method which is creating the art by cutting the paper or other medium. This comes in a walnut 10" x 10" frame that is professionaly done with a dust cover on the rear and a sawtooth clip for wall mounting. The artwork is 4.5" x 4.5" and is matted with a green mat with a design. It is signed in pencil near the bottom right corner by the artist. This frame has a couple of small nicks in it that may be able to be filled. The artwork and matting are in excellent condition.
