Fresh Open Fishnet Overlay Top or Swimsuit Cover Check Measurements for Size

Face open fishnet top with partial liner can be used as a top or possibly swimsuit cover. The tag says it is a 3X but the measurements don’t stack up. The arm to arm measurement is approximately 22 inches. I would say this is more like a size large or medium/large. Bin 1020GB
