French connection black ruffle dress

Great condition, like new. Only worn once. This is a classic staple in your closet that you can wear again and again. Ruffles in front sometimes won’t stay facing outward and like to turn inward, I just ironed them flat before wearing and had no problem. Also something that a little safety pin can fix.
