I got this outfit in Japan, there is no brand label on it. The dress measures 11 1/2 inches at the smallest part of the waist. There is elastic on the back of the dress so it does stretch. Also there is a side zipper closure on the dress. The corset does have boning, I am pretty sure some type of plastic boning. The corset measures 13 inches across laying flat, it does have elastic as well. It also has a side zipper closure. The corset has one bow on each side.
