This is a size large plaid "fit and flare" style mini skirt, brand French Kiss bought originally off Dolls Kill. The tartan pattern is red and blue with green stripes. Buttery soft materiel with more of a gusseted/mesh style attach panty. Think a skort with a thinner material for the shorts that you couldn't wear by itself. I have included pictures of the inside to help. length is only about 16 inches and waist is about 16 flat. Lots of stretch to it, so could fit a size 16 or 18 with ease or a size 33-34inch waist, assuming you wear things at a genx/zennial waist and not your grandma's high waisted style.
