French Cotelac Skirt Women's EU Sz 1 Belted Tie Lined Pleated Flair US Sz 10/12

This listing is for a wonderfully made French Designer skirt Cotelac in European size 1 and US size 10/12. It is a beige and black skirt with hidden butterflies as the all over pattern. It zips and buttons in the front and a reverse tie belt. The partial pleats around the belt line are done beautifully and this skirt has a A-Line shape to it. It is a thick cotton fabric and is fully lined, also machine washable. Please note there appears to be in 2 small places (see pics) some color transfer. It really is not that noticeable.
