It is a cropped, cap-sleeve blouse with a square neckline, ruffle detailing on the shoulders and hem. It has a smocked elastic detail at the waist, creating a cinched or empire-waist silhouette. It is lined through the bodice stopping before the bottom ruffle. Size: medium (6) Condition: preloved and in good condition, no visible flaws.
