French Connection Pencil Skirt

This is a really cute pencil skirt with black contrast on waist and faux pockets. Size says fits size 6 but fits more like a size 4. Can be worn as high waisted skirt. Top to bottom 18 1/2 inches. Main fabric 60% viscose/rayon 40% wool. Contrast 50% polyurethane 50% cotton. Lining 95% polyester 5% spandex.
