French Connection NWT - Sequined and velvet flocked cocktail dress - US 6

My friends have lovingly nicknamed this dress The Dragon Dress <3 It's one of the nicest things in my closet, but I haven't had the opportunity or waistline to wear it. The black lines around the "scales" are flocked like velvet, and the scales themselves are made of green sequins. It's hard to do this dress justice in photos.
