French Connection Light Blue Dress US 2

French connection light blue dress size US 2 Two straps on each side that cross over Fit and flare style Zip and clasp back closure There is a slight stain on the left side (it looks a bit like a light powder - see pics). I bought this from a thrift store and didn’t notice the stain but I’m not sure what it’s from. I personally don’t find it noticeable during wear but have to point it out to make sure people are aware. :)
