French Connection black and ivory floral Jersey dress. Elastic waist with tie. Top blouses with a wide drape neck. Short sleeve pleated at shoulder. Fabric is 100% rayon and is very light weight. Falls 36 inches from shoulder just at lower thigh. Worn once. May need cami since the top is very draped.
