The skirt snaps, buttons, and zips in the front. The button is coming unsewn. It may be able to be sewn back. Regrettably, I am unable to sew. The skirt has front pockets and zipped back pockets. Belt loops. Soft. Stretchy. Smooth feeling. The skirt shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. Distressed. The skirt is slightly darker than the pictures depict. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the waist is 19 1/2 inches, the hips is 21 1/2 inches, and from top of the skirt to the bottom is 16 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
