Preowned, overall great shape with some scuffs and markings throughout shoe but have a TON of life left. **the right boot is missing a button snap strap, please see pictures 12 and 13 to see the strap that is missing. The button strap IS removable, so to make them look identical you just need to take that strap off the left boot :) OR you can maybe find a replacement strap.
