these are preowned heeled leather strappy sandals by the brand Freebird by Steven, and theyre in good condition. by a Google search I believe they're the Penny style and a women's size 9 (I compared it to another marked pair of Freebird by Steven sandals I have and they are the same length/fit the same - please see the photos). they're intentionally distressed but also likely have a few marks from wear and tear.
