@velvetoctopus hello! Yes overall I would say they do run true to size. The lady in the store did mention that those will narrower feet usually recommend sizing down half a size. But overall the run TTS! 😊

@velvetoctopus hello! I’ve updated the listing to show the measurements. It looks like it’s a bit over 9 inches from the bottom of the toe all the way up to the heel. I did measure with another tape as well and got closer to 10 inches however that tape was able to fit down further in the toe area. Hope this helps!
