pinkpatina Hi! I love these boots. I am however torn between a 6 or 7. Are these yours? Can you offer any insights as to the fit? I am a 6 1/2 with high arches and kind of a wide foot. Thanks! 💕

crowned_goddess @pinkpatina hi! I’m a true 7 and these are very snug on me. I got them because they were the last pair and free bird tends to run a bit on the bigger side, but I had to give up after a couple of wears… I feel these would fit someone who’s a true 6 and wants to wear them with regular socks

pinkpatina @crowned_goddess ohhhh darn, I was hoping for the opposite answer, that they are really roomy! 😔 I usually have to size up to a 7 just for the arches and to be able to get my feet inside. One foot is a 5 1/2 and the other is a 6.. but the wider feet and arches really make them hard to gauge. Thanks so much again. I know there is a posted 7 pair but she won’t answer questions about the boots looking mismatched or if it’s an optical illusion. I guess no answer is my answer 🤷‍♀️💕💕💕

crowned_goddess @pinkpatina ok I went ahead and put them on with thin socks and room wise they are fine (laces are super loose and zipper closed all the way) the only issue I have like this is toes touching the front because the length is short for me… I’d dare say they could work for you with thinner socks, but if you like thick socks with your boots (I do) then probably not

crowned_goddess @pinkpatina yeah so the blades were the same story but I wore them with no socks of course. Ok room wise but tight in the front because of length

crowned_goddess @pinkpatina I feel the “issue” with freebird is that boots are like stiff, they make them really sturdy so they are not as easy to stretch

pinkpatina @crowned_goddess yeh it’s frustrating. I just got some FB Biker boots in a 7 and I can hardly get in them. I have to go barefoot or wear a nylon type sock. I have Lasso 7’s and slosh around in them... I don’t know what to do. I guess I’ll have to think about it. Thanks so much! You’ve given me a lot to think about.. I appreciate your offer 😊
